Birthday girl before all the craziness starts
We had a yummy BBQ lunch that Kyle made, opened presents and had cake and ice cream! Let me tell you this girl was SPOILED!! I'm sad I didn't get a picture of the HUGE pile of presents before we opened them, but here is a run down on what she got:
TONS of ADORABLE outfits that I cannot wait to put her in-she got a golf outfit, jazz outfit, dresses, pajamas and cute shirts, shorts, capris and overalls! A table and chairs, books-normal and an electronic one that reads it to you which she loves, a cute cute play mat, an awesome shopping cart that scans food it came with, ball popper, a swimming pool, puzzle, lady bug blow up chair, blocks, fridge magnets and cute stuffed animals. WOW! Needless to say we don't need any toys for a while and our house seems to get smaller and smaller with everything she keeps accumulating! But she loved everything and is no longer bored with her toys!!
Next we had cake and ice cream...she didn't really like her cake much. I can't find my pictures at the moment, but she didn't eat it or dig into it. I know if she tried it she would have but sadly she kept turning her head away and wouldn't even lick it!!! Thats alright though, maybe next year! It was a great day!
The next week we went to the doctors for her 1 year well check...the doc says she looks great! Here are her stats:
Height: 31.25 inches - 99th Percentile!!
Weight: 18 pounds 7 oz - 11th Percentile
Head: 14? I'm pretty sure, which was 40th percentile or something
Anyway, so she is TALL and SKINNY - our little string bean. But she is beautiful and so so so smart! I love watching her learn and grow and experience new things!
